In fact, it even says so on the nuvaring website, that you can have some temporary infertility after stopping the ring. fortunately, the temporary infertility usually doesn’t last long. within one to two months, ovulation should have returned and you should be able to get pregnant normally.. I was on the nuva ring for 5 years and went off it in december and was pregnant by february. i went back on it after my son was born and just recently took it out again. i am curious as to how long it will take me to conceive again.. I had no symptoms after going off, but it took 14 months to get pregnant via iui. no problems found by dr for me or my hubby. the drs did say that the ring shoudn't have affected my problems..
So if i want to try for a baby a nd take out my nuvaring tonight (day i am supposed to remove it being this sunday) and don't put it in next week but start trying after the period stops, can it harm the baby if i do get pregnant, because of left over nuvaring chemicals/hormones?. I would like to get pregnant in july, and am currently on the nuva ring, any advice on when i should stop using it? how qucikly have other mothers gotten pregnant after removing it? helpful. Nuvaring is new in the market and it has already become an excellent choice for women who are trying to get pregnant. however, before choosing to use nuvaring, you should be aware of temporary infertility problems..
